We are pleased to announce that shipping for the year 2025 will commence on May 19th, depending on weather conditions. This timing is strategically chosen to ensure our plants are shipped in optimal health and vigor.

 

Before shipping, we will always reach out to confirm that the scheduled shipping date works for you. This proactive communication lets us accommodate your preferences and ensure you are prepared to receive your order. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount, and we strive to provide a seamless experience from order placement to delivery.

 

It is important to note that weather conditions can significantly impact the shipping process. We will closely monitor local and destination weather patterns to mitigate potential delays. If there are any concerns regarding the shipping schedule, we will communicate promptly to keep you informed.

 

Shipping perishable plants requires careful planning and adherence to specific schedules to ensure the plants' health and viability upon arrival. To optimize the delivery process, we have established a structured shipping schedule.

 

All orders are shipped exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays. This practice guarantees that customers receive their orders before the weekend, minimizing the risk of prolonged transit times that could adversely affect the plants. Please note that shipments are not dispatched on holiday Mondays.

 

For orders destined for Alberta and British Columbia, shipments will consistently depart on Mondays. However, while we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee that these orders will arrive before the weekend. Particularly for Vancouver Island, shipments may take approximately 8 to 9 days to reach their destination.

 

Each shipment is meticulously packed to withstand a journey of up to ten days. This careful preparation is essential to maintain the integrity of the plants during transit. If an order is placed before Tuesday at 5 p.m. (local time), it will be prioritized for shipping the following week. Conversely, orders received after this cut-off time will be scheduled for shipment within a 14-day window.
